Driving Directions: From the intersection of N.C. 281 north and U.S. 64 west, turn left onto N.C. 281 north and drive 2.5 miles. Turn left onto N.C. 281 south and continue 5.4 miles to Whitewater Church Road on the right. Turn right onto Whitewater Church Road and drive 0.3 mile to a fork at Whitewater Church. Turn left onto Upper Whitewater Road and drive 0.2 mile to another fork. Turn right to remain on Upper Whitewater road and continue 0.3 mile to a parking area immediately before a bridge over Mill Creek.
Hiking Directions: On the right before the bridge is a telephone pole and a cable box. The trail is immediately after these. Follow the obvious trail a short distance to the base of the falls.
